Integration Courses
We are an official language course provider for integration language courses that are funded by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). You can attend these courses with an authorization, an obligation or as a private individual.
An integration course has been specially developed for people who come to Germany and want to live here. The course content is tailored to make it easier for you to get started here. Topics such as work, school, bureaucracy, but also history, culture and the legal situation in Germany are covered.
An integration course consists of a language and an orientation course and usually comprises 700 teaching units (one teaching unit = 45 minutes). This is followed by a final examination (German Test for Immigrants - DTZ), for which you will be prepared during the course.
In the orientation course you will be taught important knowledge about Germany (law, history, politics, culture). This knowledge is also tested at the end of the course in the “Living in Germany (LiD)” test.
Both parts of the test are essential for naturalization in Germany.
