Sprachinstitut Stuttgart has been a telc examination center for many years. We conduct all our examinations on our premises.

Since all of our lecturers also have telc examiner and evaluator licenses, we also usually conduct the oral exams with our own examiners and also evaluate the writing performance in-house.

Withdrawal Policy

Please note that a registered examination cannot be canceled. The examination fee (including any late fee) is therefore payable even in the event of non-attendance or cancellation and cannot be refunded.

Withdrawal from the examination must always be made in writing and is subject to costs. If you withdraw from the examination before the regular registration deadline, a processing fee of €20 will be charged. Withdrawal after the registration deadline is only possible for reasons for which the participant is not responsible and upon presentation of appropriate proof (e.g. medical certificate) by the day of the written examination or, if the examination center is notified immediately, by the following working day at the latest. The examination fee will only be refunded minus a processing fee of €40 if this proof has been submitted on time and recognized by telc GmbH.

Partial Repetition

Partial retakes may be possible on request for the following examination formats: non-scaled examinations at levels B1, B2, C1. The prerequisite is the submission of the result notification of the partially passed examination at the time of registration and compliance with the specified deadline for the recognition of partial results. There is no fee reduction for partial retakes.
