Sprachinstitut Stuttgart was one of the first institutes in the area to offer German courses for skilled workers from abroad as part of a project and is still doing so very successfully.

The project (Recruiting skilled workers abroad - FiA) enables employers throughout Germany to recruit skilled workers from abroad through us and have them receive language training at the institute. This takes place in two steps:

The first step is an intensive language course that leads to level B1 (CEFR) within approx. 3 months. After this, the specialists attend a B2 language course - usually alongside their work - as level B2 (CEFR) is required for professional recognition in Germany.

Thanks to the extensive experience we have with these special courses, we are able to prepare the skilled workers not only linguistically but also culturally for living and working in Germany.

All employees of this project are specially trained to support and accompany the skilled workers in these first steps in Germany (administrative procedures, insurance and recognition at the regional council).
